All of our jewelry pieces are designed and crafted in New York City. Our ready-to-order jewelry pieces feature lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds upon request.

We believe that lab-grown diamonds are an exciting new way to increase the diamond industry's transparency and accessibility. Our industry is ever evolving, and so are we.

We do remain passionate about natural diamonds and are happy to source them upon request. Sourcing ethically-mined natural diamonds is more time-consuming and labor intensive and therefore more expensive. This process is the best way to assure your diamond adheres to our integrity standards.

ATOU is committed to only using conflict-free diamonds, purchased from vendors who adhere to the Kimberley Process and comply with the various UN Resolutions.

Customizing with ATOU can take many shapes but will always reflect our brand ethos through our unique design elements. We encourage you to be inspired by our designs, in order to clearly define the details you wish to bring to life in your jewelry. Visual references and specific preferences will help us bring your unique piece to life.

Customizing with ATOU is an experience we want you to be a part of. Communication is key during this process and we want you to take part in the creation of your piece as we are fully aware of the sensitivity when designing your own piece.

Once we receive your request for a custom jewelry piece, we will reach out to you to start the design process. After the design is formalized and the diamond is selected we will start the production of your custom jewelry.

The process of handcrafting a custom piece of jewelry can take between 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design or the availability of the diamond.

Once the jewelry piece is finished, we will notify you and ship via FEDEX.
