At ATOU Jewelry we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of your purchase. The ATOU warranty provides you with the following assurances:

ATOU offers a 1 year warranty on all of our jewelry against manufacturing defects. If your merchandise becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect, ATOU will repair or replace the item, at our option, without charge for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental damage, loss of precious stones not due to manufacturing defects, and theft. Any repairs or service performed by someone other than ATOU will void our warranty.

For all ATOU Jewelry with prone settings we highly recommended having the prone re-tightened once a year with us or a trusted jeweler. 

Proof of purchase must accompany items being returned for Warranty work. Shipping charges will apply.
