What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns on all jewelry pieces, except for custom pieces and international orders. As all our jewelry is made to order, please be aware that a $150 restocking fee applies.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you want to change or cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that a fee might apply, if we have already started the production and processing of your order. 

How do you ship orders?

All of our items are shipped via FedEx overnight and are insured. Please be aware that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally on orders above $2000, however, please be aware that we do not allow returns or exchanges for international orders. Please also take into consideration that we are not liable for any duties or taxes incurred. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. 

How long does the production of an item take?

All of our pieces are made to order and are carefully handcrafted. We kindly ask you to allow a lead production time of one week for every item. Custom-made items may take between two to three weeks depending on the complexity of the item. Once your item is ready to ship we will send you an email with the tracking info.

Do you offer customization?

We offer customization on our existing collection (such as engravings, specific diamond requests etc.). We also offer fully customized pieces that you can design in collaboration with our studio.

How do I find out my ring size?

To make sure you order the right ring size, we advise you to go to a jewelry store nearby you and measure the finger you would like to wear the ring on. 

Can I re-size a ring?

Whether a ring can be re-sized depends on the design of the ring. Some of our rings can be re-sized up to two sizes up or down, while others may not.

How do I care for my diamond jewelry?

Gold is a softer metal, making is susceptible to scratches, abrasions and dents over time. Though all ATOU Jewelry pieces are made of a solid 18k gold, scratches and wear is inevitable over a period of time. While we see a beauty in jewelry that you live in and with, developing a unique heirloom quality, any jeweler of your trust can polish a jewelry piece back to its original finish.

To avoid scratches and wear, we recommend you take the jewelry of when doing anything that might damage the pieces (e.g. as dishwashing or climbing) and when applying body lotion, perfumes or using chemicals. 

We also recommend avoiding knocking the jewelry against hard surfaces.

To clean your ATOU Jewelry soak your jewelry in a bucket with warm water and hand soap for some minutes, rinse with water and dry the jewelry with a cotton cloth. We recommend cleaning your jewelry three to four times a year. For a maximum shine and sparkle of your diamonds we use a professional steam cleaning regularly.
