Domestic Shipping

Domestic Shipping (United States): ATOU offers free fully insured shipping on all of our products via FedEx. Once your piece is ready to ship, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that all of our shipments require a signature.  We strongly urge all of our customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for a reciept. 

 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

 ATOU offers free fully insured international shipping on orders over $2000. Shipping times may vary, and we are not liable for any duties or import taxes.

Shipping Times

Ready to Order Jewelry will arrive between 5-7 business days from the day it is processed. Please expect 2-3 weeks for all of our customized jewelry as it is handmade to order. We try and accommodate rush orders whenever possible. Please contact us at hello@atoujewelry.com prior to placing your order to confirm we can make your required delivery date.

Return and Exchange Policy

Ready to Order Jewelry: ATOU prides itself on offering the highest quality of craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please send it back to us for a refund or credit within 7 days of delivery.  All of our Ready to Order Jewelry carry a $150 restocking fee.

Please email hello@atoujewelry.com before returning the item explaining the reason for the return. We will provide you with a shipping label once the return has been authorized. 

Our return and exchange policy is valid only for our Ready to Order Jewelry and does not apply to our customized jewelry.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return or credit.
